We just wanted to say a big thank you for the unforgettable experience at A Dog’s Story, Mussoorie. We felt completely at peace — the surroundings were so serene and the property had such a calming vibe. Goofy, Tim Tim and Bunnu had the time of their lives exploring the open spaces and just being free in such a beautiful setting. It’s rare to find a place that feels like a perfect escape for both humans and kiddos, but A Dog’s Story really is just that. We absolutely loved every second of our time there.

- We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15 days and 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
- We recommend reviewing your travel plans and notifying us as early as possible to avoid any cancellation charges.

- Keep your pets leashed or under close supervision in shared spaces. It’s okay to let them roam free when the area’s quiet—but please be mindful of other guests.

- Ensure they don’t damage linen, furniture, or decor. (damages, if any, will incur charges as per actuals)
