- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is necessary to secure your booking and ensure room availability.
- If you need to cancel your reservation:
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- However, you have two options for utilizing the non-refundable amount:
- a. Postponement: If you need to cancel your current reservation, you can choose to postpone your stay to a later date within the next 6 months. The amount you've paid will be credited towards the rescheduled booking. Any price differences based on seasonal rates will be adjusted accordingly.
- b. Amenities Utilization: You can use the non-refundable amount to enjoy other amenities offered by the resort, such as activities, or dining. The amount will be credited to your resort account and can be applied to any eligible services during your stay.
