- Full Refund: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15 days and 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date, including no-shows, are non-refundable.

- Keep your pets leashed or under close supervision in shared spaces. It's okay to let them roam free when the area's quiet—but please be mindful of other guests.
- Take your pets outside the property for relieving themselves and always clean up after them.
- Ensure they don't damage linen, furniture, or decor. (damages, if any, will incur charges as per actuals)
- A cleaning fee of ₹2000 may apply in case of accidents or messes.
- For hygiene and comfort, we recommend bringing your own pet beds, bowls, and other essentials.
