It's an easy 450 km ride from Delhi. Just hop in the car, roll down the windows, and let the mountain breeze ruffle your ears. Once you arrive, we'll be waiting with wagging tails and wet-nose welcomes.
It is an east facing property which means if you are staying in one of our deluxe or premium rooms, you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise right from your bed. As the first lights of dawn, sieve through the night’s darkness, you see so many colors in the sky as they slowly change hue as the sun rises from behind the mountains. Surrounded by apple orchards on all sides, and dense jungles just a walk away from the property, you will truly feel one with nature and experience the true Himalayan countryside. We have a very clear and uninterrupted view of the greater Himalayas and the valley in front of us.

Mohru room - Located on the first floor, This standard room is extremely spacious and can accommodate 2 extra beddings easily. Having a big window to let the sun in, it’s a delight to stay in.
Chir Pine Room - Located on the first floor, this deluxe room offers the best view of the mountains. The view from this rooms will make you an early riser, if only to watch the beautiful sunrise.Tosh Room- Located on the first floor, Having all the amenities of a deluxe room with the only difference of not having a valley view, Tosh is an easy choice if you want to grab the best deal
Deodar Room - Located on the ground floor, Deo means God and Dar means a tree, in other words; the celestial tree or the tree of the gods, which only makes it befitting that we name our most premium room after this magnificent tree. A very spacious room with cool things like bay windows for you to sit and soak the winter sun while enjoying the view of the snow-capped mountains, an electric fireplace Buransh Room- Located on the first floor, Buransh is as vibrant as the flower it’s named after. The most spacious room of our property it’s perfect for those who live life king size.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation made atleast fifteen days prior to the day of check in- 70% refund of total booking amount ,Cancellation made atleast seven days prior to the day of check in- 40% refund of total booking amount ,In case of No Shows or cancellation made less than seven days before the check in date- no refund

Mention Restaurant/House keeping timings:
- Restaurant timing - 09 am to 9 pm.
- Rooms are cleaned everyday between 11am and 5pm.
- We change the bedsheet every alternate day. In case the guests request for a bedsheet change earlier, we charge a cleaning fee of Rs. 500.

We're all for wagging tails — but here's what we kindly ask:
- Keep your pets leashed or under close supervision in shared spaces. It’s okay to let them roam free when the area’s quiet—but please be mindful of other guests.
- Take your pets outside the property for relieving themselves and always clean up after them.
- Ensure they don’t damage linen, furniture, or decor. (damages, if any, will incur charges as per actuals)
- A cleaning fee of ₹2000 may apply in case of accidents or messes.
- For hygiene and comfort, we recommend bringing your own pet beds, bowls, and other essentials.
