Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before check-in: 20% of the booking amount is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or in case of a no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be be charged.
- Eligible refunds, after applicable deductions, are processed within 14 working days after the scheduled check-out date.
