A 9 hour drive from Delhi

It's an easy 450 km ride from Delhi. Just hop in the car, roll down the windows, and let the mountain breeze ruffle your ears. Once you arrive, we'll be waiting with wagging tails and wet-nose welcomes.

Introduction

Perched in the Dehradun hills, The Hillside House is built for families and friend groups who want privacy, views, and that “we should do this more often” feeling. Expect clean design, cosy corners, and outdoor space that finally lets your dog breathe like a dog.

Flexible Stays, Villa-Style

Total Rooms: 5 | Max Occupancy: 15

It can be booked per room or as a full villa (typically 4 rooms) depending on your plan. Rooms are designed for comfort-forward stays, with a mix of layouts suited to couples, families, and groups.

Food

Simple, Fresh, and Crowd-Pleasing

Meals are available on request, and pet meals can be arranged too (with prior notice). This is the kind of place where breakfast tastes better simply because the view is doing half the work.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Full refund for cancellations made 7 days before check-in.
    • 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior to check-in.
    • No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.
    • No-shows or early checkouts are non-refundable.
    • Date changes are subject to availability.
  • Mention Restaurant/House keeping timings:
    • Meals are pre-cooked on order (home-style kitchen)
    • Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
    • Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
    • Hi-Tea: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
    • Dinner: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
    • Guests are requested to inform staff 2 hours in advance for meal orders.
    • Daily housekeeping: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
    • Towels & linens are changed every 2 days (or on request for longer stays).
    • For privacy, guests may opt out of housekeeping by informing the host.
    • Evening turndown service available on prior request.
    • In case of accidental spills or urgent cleaning, staff is available on call.
    • Pet Policy: We're all for wagging tails — but here's what we kindly ask:
      • All friendly pets are welcome.
      • Pets are allowed inside rooms, lounge, and garden area.
      • Pet parents must clean up after their pets.
      • Aggressive pets must be kept leashed or muzzled.
      • Damage to property caused by pets will be chargeable
