It's an easy 450 km ride from Delhi. Just hop in the car, roll down the windows, and let the mountain breeze ruffle your ears. Once you arrive, we'll be waiting with wagging tails and wet-nose welcomes.
Set on a private 1.5-acre estate near Shey, this contemporary home has a traditional soul. Built using re-used materials from an older generational home. The design is deliberately minimal so the mountains get to do the talking. The best part? The retreat is typically offered as a complete buyout for one guest group at a time, so it’s private, peaceful, and beautifully undisturbed. The Indus (Sindhu) River is a short walk away, and the Shey Marshes nearby are one of Ladakh’s best birding spots.

Cancellation Policy:
- Due to our inventory size, we only treat a booking as confirmed upon receipt of a 100% advance payment.
- In case of cancellation 90 days prior to your arrival, you may use your payment as credit against a future stay, subject to availability.
- For cancellations between 60 - 89 days, we charge a cancellation fees of 50% on your payment.
- In case of cancellations made 46 - 59 days prior to the date of arrival, we charge a cancellation fees of 80% of your payment.
- For cancellations 45 days prior to your arrival, the entire amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
